Il LEICA Summaron 35 mm f/3.5 è un'obiettivo fabbricato tra il 1948 ed il 1960, malgrado ciò trova riscontri fra gli appassionati di questo marchio ancora oggi.

Sia con attacco a vite ed apposito anello e sia con attacco a baionetta questa tipologia di lenti può essere usata con ogni tipo di fotocamera della serie M, persino le più moderne digitali.

Naturalmente essendo stata progettata molti anni fa essa è reperibile solo all'interno di un mercato dell'usato molto attivo, visti anche i costi che si devono spesso affrontare.

Il LEICA Summaron 35 mm f/3.5 ha 6 elementi e possiede un diaframma a 10 lame. Se si riesce a trovare ancora un esemplare in ottimo stato, esso è in grado di dare fotografie di buon livello.

Malgrado la sua apertura massima sia di f/3.5, accompagnato da una pellicola a 400 asa o ad Iso più elevati è in grado di restituire una grana piacevole che fa ricordare foto di altri tempi.

Supporta filtri di tipo A36 ed è possibile eseguire una messa a fuoco ad una distanza minima di 1 m .

Questo tipo di obiettivo, però, se usato ad esempio con una Leica M3, necessita di occhiali per la correzione della cornice all'interno del mirino. Infatti, questa particolare fotocamera ha una inquadratura che parte da un minimo di 50 mm rendendo, così, difficoltoso, a volte, inserire il soggetto nella posizione desiderata, cosa che non avviene ad esempio in una Leica M2 appositamente studiata anche per questo tipo di ottica.

A volte, a causa dell'età dell'obiettivo, è possibile osservare un effetto quasi di foschia sulle fotografie che però risulta gradevole grazie alla buona nitidezza ed al contrasto accentuato, insomma un effetto del tutto normale, più un pregio che un difetto dal mio punto di vista!

E' ancora possibile trovare questo Summaron a prezzi oscillanti intorno ai 350 euro comprensivi di mirino per l'inquadratura oppure sui 400 euro se dotati di occhiali. Sicuramente una buona lente per un buon corredo targato Leica da non sottovalutare.

Sometimes, due to the age of the lens, it is possible to observe an effect almost of haze on the photographs but is pleasant thanks to the good sharpness and contrast enhanced, in short, an effect completely normal, more a virtue than a fault of my point of view!

E 'can still find this Summaron at prices ranging around 350 euro including viewfinder to take pictures or about 400 Euros if fitted with glasses. Definitely a good lens for good weblog Leica kit should not be underestimated.
