Canon EOS5d MRKIII, un'ottima sorpresa! Durante il Photoshow 2012 abbiamo avuto modo di provare e visionare questa stupenda reflex di casa Canon e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti!

Ma veniamo al dunque senza perderci troppo nei dettagli.

- Al tatto la 5D MRKIII risulta essere molto solida e di ottima fattura, come oramai ci ha abituato Canon, con la sua struttura in lega di magnesio. Il peso del solo corpo, però, pare essere aumentato da 810 gr per la 5DMRKII ai 950 gr per la 5DMRKIII. Se poi si pensa che in questa categoria gli obiettivi usati sono di solito quelli relativi alla serie luxury di Canon, l'aumento è notevole.

- La 5dMRKIII si discosta di pochissimo dalla sua precedente versione per quanto riguarda il numero di pixel. Abbiamo infatti 22,3 Mpx contro i 21,1 Mpx della MRKII.

Ciò che ne fa una macchina di nuova generazione sono le seguenti caratteristiche:

- Il nuovo processore DIGIC 5+ molto più veloce e performante del DIGIC 4, un nuovo sistema AF a 61 punti con 41 punti AF a croce e 5 punti AF centrali ed una sensibilità ISO espandibile fino ad 102.400, veramente notevole!

- La nuova MRKIII ha, come nuova caratteristica, anche quella di supportare sia le classiche Compact Flash ma anche le SD con un doppio slot integrato.

- Una nuova modalità HDR per poter effettuare scatti ad alta risoluzione e con una gamma dinamica elevata.

- Il monitor è un TFT Clear View II da 3,2" da 1.040.000 punti.

- Naturalmente c'è la possibilità di effettuare videoriprese in HD e in formato MOV fino a 1920 x 1080 e 29,97 fps. E' stata anche integrata una uscita cuffia per poter ascoltare direttamente l'audio in fase di registrazione.

- Infine il mirino è composto da un pentaprisma con copertura del 100% e le informazioni vengono rivelate attraverso un display lcd sovrapposto a quello dell'inquadratura.

Torneremo, naturalmente, a parlare di questa nuova reflex appena riusciremo ad effettuare quelche prova su campo, in modo tale da approfondire tutte queste caratteristiche.

Il prezzo della Canon EOS5DMRKIII dovrebbe oscillare intorno ai 900,00 euro solo corpo nel mercato dell'usato.

Canon EOS5d MRKIII, a great surprise! During the Photoshow 2012 we had the opportunity to try and view this wonderful Canon reflex camera and we were thrilled!

But let's get to the point without losing too much detail.

- To the touch the 5D MRKIII is very solid and well made, as Canon has accustomed us by now, with its magnesium alloy structure. The weight of the body alone, however, seems to have increased from 810 g for the 5DMRKII to 950 g for the 5DMRKIII. If you think that in this category the lenses used are usually those related to Canon's luxury series, the increase is considerable.

- The 5dMRKIII differs very little from its previous version as regards the number of pixels. We have in fact 22.3 Mpx against the 21.1 Mpx of the MRKII.

What makes it a new generation machine are the following characteristics:

- The new DIGIC 5+ processor much faster and more performing than the DIGIC 4, a new 61-point AF system with 41 cross-type AF points and 5 central AF points and an ISO sensitivity expandable up to 102,400, truly remarkable!

- The new MRKIII has, as a new feature, also to support both the classic Compact Flash but also the SD with an integrated double slot.

- A new HDR mode to be able to shoot at high resolution and with a high dynamic range.

- The monitor is a 3.2 "Clear View II TFT with 1,040,000 dots.

- Of course there is the possibility of shooting in HD and MOV format up to 1920 x 1080 and 29.97 fps. A headphone output has also been integrated to directly listen to the audio being recorded.

- Finally, the viewfinder consists of a pentaprism with 100% coverage and the information is revealed through an LCD display superimposed on that of the frame.

We will, of course, return to talk about this new reflex as soon as we are able to carry out some field tests, in order to deepen all these characteristics.

The price of the Canon EOS5DMRKIII should fluctuate around € 900.00 body only in the second-hand market.
