La Canon Eos 1D X, sostituta delle precedenti EOS 1-D Mark IV e 1-Ds Mark III si configura al top della gamma per quanto riguarda le reflex digitali.

Annunciata nel 2011 e messa in commercio nel 2012, questo tipo di DSLR presenta novità interessanti rispetto alle sue antenate, in particolar modo per quanto riguarda lo splendido sensore a pieno formato da 18.1 Mpx, una sensibilità ISO che arriva fino a 15200 e la possibilità di eseguire riprese video in full HD a 1080p.
