Adobe annuncia un accordo definitivo per l'acquisizione di Fotolia!
La Adobe system molto probabilmente si aggiudicherà una delle più grandi società di foto stock in circolazione!
Il prezzo dovrebbe aggirarsi intorno a 800 milioni di dollari.
Fotolia offre 24 milioni di immagini e video in 23 nazioni ed in 14 lingue differenti.
Creative Cloud potrebbe diventare, dunque, un luogo non solo per ottenere software per la post produzione fotografica ma anche un enorme contenitore dove mettere in mostra il proprio lavoro e incentivare i propri guadagni vendendo le proprie foto. Infine luogo di discussione per ogni problema legato a tutti gli aspetti professionali e non, di ogni utente collegato.
Manca ancora l'ufficialità ma il blog Adobe parla chiaro!
"L'operazione, che dovrebbe chiudersi nel secondo semestre del Q1 fiscale di Adobe 2015, è soggetta a determinate approvazioni normative e condizioni di chiusura."

Adobe announced a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Fotolia!
The Adobe system, most likely, will buy one of the largest stock photo companies in circulation!
The price should be around 800 million dollars.
Fotolia offers 24 million images and videos in 23 countries and in 14 different languages.
Creative Cloud could become, therefore, a place not only to get software for post photographic production but also a huge container where to showcase their work and encourage their earnings by selling their photos. Finally place for discussion of all problems related to all aspects of professional and not, for each connected user.
But still lacks the official, Adobe blog is clear!
“The transaction, which is expected to close in the second half of Adobe’s fiscal Q1 2015, is subject to certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.”
